In keeping with the mission of the American Society of Women Accountants of helping people advance in their accounting careers, the Los Angeles Chapter each year awards scholarships to undergraduate as well as graduate accounting students. The chapter was able to award over $10,000 in scholarships last year to undergraduate students.

The scholarships were awarded at the annual Public Relations dinner.

In addition to our local chapter scholarships, one of the applicants will be selected by our chapter to compete in the ASWA National Scholarship competition for scholarships ranging from $1500 to $4500.
